Where can I find a DFAS-certified scale for a DITY move in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Hood?

Looking for a scale in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Hood so I can get the weight tickets for my dity move. I have called Fort Hoods transportation office numerous times to no answer. I was also told the the online list of scales is incorrect.

What part of Jacksonville do you live? If you live on the west side towards Baldwin there are 2 truck stops out there with certified scales!! There is a Pilot south on I-95!!

North on I-95 there is a Loves Travel Plaza at exit#366!! The will have a CAT Certified scale!! There will be a $10.50 charge to weigh the truck!! Not sure how from exit#366 you are, but it is the closest scale close to you!!
