Where are you getting the best credit card rates?

I use USAA and have a rate of 6.25%. I have excellent credit, so I want to know what is out there. What do you have and where are you getting it?

I use USAA because I trust the company verses competition, not for lowest rate. For a revolving line of credit your rate is great.

Actually, I pay off all credit care bills monthly and never pay fees or anything, along with points that give you store credit for purchases. LLBean VISA.

There are a lot of options and also check to see if they have lower rates for soldiers.
