What Stroke-of-the-Pen change would you implement?

If you were POTUS, General, Admiral, Commandant, someone important, what stroke-of-the-pen change(s) would you implement? (Should be easy to inact, popular, positive, and cost-free, or cost effective.)

If the swipe of my pen could make a change, it would be that only veterans can work at the VA.

Understandable. The ones I have run into here in my area who have been impossible to work with have been civilians. My "pen swipe" would probably need some refinement but I think it would be a good start.

I am currently on a river cruise in Russia and I believe you have a good start, but we need to go a little further; All Federal government workers, including elected officials, need to be veterans!

CPO Jon Campbell. If I were temporarily in control of POTUS mind and body, I'd immediately resign from office, resign all POTUS appointees, and call for immediate new national elections to replace the entire administration. This stroke of the pen change would be easy to enact, popular, positive, cost effective, and establish precedent for future votes of no confidence in POTUS as a means to reestablish our credibility in the international community . . . NATO and the UN would be right at the top of the list. What an excellent wave of the pen!

MSgt (Join to see) They do nothing other than cost this country money. The UN is plagued with more scandals than the Obama administration. And at last, let us not forget that the UN, in conjunction with Obama is quietly trying to shred the Constitution.
