What's the latest version of M249 Score card ?

I got DA Form 85-R dated Aug 2006 and some say that its outdated and no longer valid or whatever. Is that true ? or can I use it ?

From an army pub search I pulled the 2006 version as well. I would ask the dude/dudes that say it is out dated to provide the current version.

Hmm. 2006 version is latest on army publishing directorate. To say its been superseded: put up or shut up.
