What kind of personality do you have and work best with and why?

I'm an introvert, but 27 years of active Army have developed my personality to the point of being able to stand my ground and make myself heard. Even though I prefer to avoid conflict, I do confront it head on.

I rather work with assertive people that have and use their brains and their ears, especially their ears.

When you are a hothead, the mission suffers.
