Serves as the Operations NCOIC for a Signal Battalion comprised of over 752 Soldiers and Civilian personnel; responsible for advising the Operations OIC, Commander and CSM on the training execution of 2200 Signal Corps Officers, Warrant Officers, Enlisted Soldiers and Civilians; assists the OIC in developing orders and procedures to plan and execute the training for 12 Signal courses; manages the Battalion Field Training Exercise (FTX) in support of the Signal Basic Officer Leaders Course (SBOLC); provides supervision and mentorship to two Officers and five NCOs
