What is the difference between AGR and TPU?

I understand the in and outs of AGR, but TPU, not so much. Is TPU through MOB? Do you get BAH?
Any information would be great.

Troop Program Unit is a traditional reservist. Battle assembly weekends and AT. You do not get BAH. Ideally you have a full time civilian job and that is what you live off of.
