One thing that everyone over looks (to include myself) is what's Called a DA 4833. What's this? It a form that if you ever had the smallest run in with the MP's to a big run in they fill out. If this wasn't properly closed ou it will be a descriminator on the board. It's filled in a think called COPS and all board members can and will view it. How to fix it? Go to you provost marshals and ask if you have an outstanding DA FORM 4833. If you do they will instruct you in the proper procedures to get it closed, ex-sponged, or clear it.

Can you define small run in? Do you mean like if I was pulled over on post but never got a ticket will I still have a 4833 filled out on me?

Anything that they took your information. When I saw small I mean small brother. Negative of course. Now a witness or a none crime I don't think is an issue, but it's your career, I'd check anyhow! Hope this was useful.

Could anyone please tell me how long a CO has to fill out the DA Form 4833 before it is over exceeding the statue of limitation per say.
