What do you think of the government's decision to pay for Chelsea Manning's hormone treatment?

The U.S government has decided to pay for Chelsea Manning's hormone treatment and is going to allow her to move to a female facility and also change her name. Yet they won't give any assistance to those of us who serve honorably... thoughts?

Army approves hormone therapy for Manning. My question is, will the Army pay for for the same thing for an active duty member (serving honorably)?
