Wisconsin is about to reenter into poisonness public employee discusions. What is your opinion of this?

Just warning, the Capital Times is self discribed as the progressive voice of Wisconsin. and the WPR podcast is about 42 minutes long, but is a illisutration of the Progressive agruements, which in my opinion are not measureable and the Progressive agrument is dishinest and disenginious at best. Actually I would call the progressive speaker a liar.

The military and the leaders change regularly. I believe updates and upgrades are usually vast improvements to any archaic system.

Yes 1stSgt (Join to see) the Wisconsin Civil Service hiring procedures and termination procedures need to be re-looked. Hopefully those reviewing the process will have wisdom and make wise decisions which will improve the process and make it more transparent and fair.
It would be great if the Federal government's hiring procedures and termination procedures for civil servants was also re-looked at.

As long as the changes is done by the state senate, then who are we to say is wrong? If they don't like it, they can recall the politician and overturn the changes.
