Looking for the most current PT Req for navy for females in the 25-29 Y.o Group
and how many minutes?
if im correct and found the right info its...
2 mins to do ATLEAST
43 situps

and 2 mins to do ATLEAST 13 push-ups
then the run is 1.5 miles in ATLEAST 16 min 8 seconds?

Swimming is a skills test and not part of the PRT, BTW. There are minimum skill requirements to continue Recruit Training there also, but it isn't part of the PRT.

So satisfactory medium across the board. Unless you say do more pushups and less sit-ups or vice versa

Lazer Cassidy I don't know the answer to that one. Army requires 60 points in all events, so an 180 is passing, but can't get 70 in the push ups and sit ups and score 50 on the run.

They should have a swim. Men do.

Most sites I seen didn’t have a swim but the list above does
