I have been in the NG for 6 years, and I am not sure where I can see how many active federal service years I have. Also, I would like specifics on what Officers are chosen for the program so that I may go that route. I need specific mos’s to research on.

Depends on the Officer. I’ve seen Armor and Artillery get picked up for FLEP. 25 per year. You have more chance of being hit by space junk. https://home.army.mil/knox/index.php/announcements/2019-army-funded-legal-education-program-flep

I want to commission, but I don’t know what specific Officer mos’s I should commit to, to get into the program.

The requirements are listed here: https://home.army.mil/knox/index.php/announcements/2019-army-funded-legal-education-program-flep

You must already be an officer in the grade of O1-O3, a member of the regular army, and with less than 6 years on the ADL (including any enlisted time). To even be eligible, you would have to essentially commission in the regular army as soon as possible, then immediately apply to this program in the next FY. I wouldn't put all your eggs in this basket. There are probably other options to get school paid for that are much more likely.

There was a recent change to this program where enlisted are eligible as well. All other requirements remain the same.
