PV2 J M the standards are the same for the US Army, US Army Reserves, and Army National Guard when it comes to PT Run, Pushups, and Situps. As CPT Gabe Snell reported below it is based on your age and gender on many you need to complete in the prescribed time to pass the APFT. Start practicing now for all three events!

They’re the same as active duty. Age and gender dictate the score you would receive. Google Army APFT standards. You should aim for a 60% in every category.
