Good starting points listed, however, keep in mind that your MOS has a broad range of PDs, while civiliab counterparts are narrowed to one or two domains.
That said, civilian recruiters often don't have a Fox Trotting clue what they actually need, and job advertisements are typically a copy/pasta mess of incoherent gibberish. Your best bet is just to shotgun whatever comes up as related to your MOS, and feel out the interviewer (the one that typically does have a clue) for what they are actually trying to find.
