What are some veterans benefits that you would like to see improved or changed?

Dental care for all vets

I would like to see veterans have the ability to transfer their GI Bill benefits to their family members. Only active duty service members can transfer their benefits.

I'd like to see the VA split into several smaller (still massive though), more manageable organizations. From an administrative standpoint this seems counterintuitive because consolidation reduces expenses. But consolidation also increases bureaucracy creates more demand for management.
