I have been 15 years and aim to become an SGM or a Warrant officer. I have traveled worldwide and wanted to become an NCO because I feel like I have the experience to mentor soldiers but have not attained the rank yet. One of my most tremendous pride is to mentor my peers and people younger than me to stay on the right path, whether in the military or civilian world.
