I was honorably discharged back in 2010 for fitness test failures. I received a code re code 4 instead of a 3 which at the time I was told I'd receive. I submitted paperwork for a discharge review back in june of 2017 and have not heard anything. Any advice or information at all would be greatly appreciated.
