Very interesting read. They brought him in to teach compassion training.
My thoughts are why in the hell don't we hire him and his team to catch the crooks within the VA? Anyone else thinking that? VA gets more and more laughable every day. Did Bob McDonald approve this training?

Sounds to me like training that is conducted at 1600 on a Thursday right before a 4 day weekend. Probably in one ear and out the other
