I've been in the guard for almost three years now... Trying to switch active did my 368 and got denied for only being with this unit for 7 months (was told I needed 9) after aquiring 10 months now I have two options. 1. Redo my 368 or 2. (Which was recommended by the active duty recruiters) tell my unit I'm moving to Washington State and request to be put in IRR. Which route would be faster?

Redo your 368. Your IRR would be denied because you can easily do an interstate transfer. If they come back with some weird excuse, go to the leader above them as well as talk to IG. They will show you the policy and give you a straight answer

Monitor, inspect and correct all of the paperwork, don't let anything go forward w/o making a copy for your files. Personally deliver an much as you can to the addressee. If you do not keep copies, IT WILL BE LOST OR MISPLACED!
