Just got a new CAC and I can’t log into my computer with it. I keep getting a message saying “ The domain specified is not available. Please try again later.” The ID Card Center is closed. Any idea who I can call about this?

We use the NEC help desk. Occasionally it's a problem with the system recognizing the CAC and not the CAC itself. Hope that's helpful.
