Can a soldier who has recently PCSed from AIT to his or her first unit file for JD with someone who is about to graduate from AIT? AR 614-200 stated that a soldier who's PCSed to his or her first unit must wait 24 months prior to filing for JD, while a soldiers who are graduating AIT will be enrolled.

Guard and Reserve are a whole different story.  MACP is only for AD Soldiers.
