Recently sustained an injury to the right leg and now theres talk of not being able to continue my MOS, 11B. Is there a way to change MOS or transfer to National Guard instead of medical discharge? On my 2nd contract and not really to leave the army

If the Army deems your injury bad enough to warrant you are no longer fit to serve in the Army, then it won't matter if you change MOS or go Guard.

Transferring to the NG isn't an option; it doesn't matter your component, the requirements of the MOS are the same.

There are medical reclasses available as long as you're still medically fit for deployment. You don't get to pick your MOS, but you can request several MOSs from a list that you're qualified from; HRC may give you one of them. The process is called MAR2 and is requested in your permanent profile. If you are not capable of wearing body armor you will not be eligible for MAR2.

This may provide you with more information. You may undergo a MEB/PEB if your issue can not be resolved by medication, treatment, therapy or surgery. Note the discussion on Disposition.
