Is anyone willing to help out with an academic research project looking at role transitions?

My research team at University of Cincinnati is doing research on role transitions and looking for anyone willing to participate. Right now, we are looking for ROTC cadets in their MS IV year, OCS candidates about to commission, and new platoon leaders (within their 1st 2 years). Please DM me if you are interested or know anyone who might be willing to help us out! All interviews will be completely confidential.
