Is anyone else having issues accessing the EES away from their government computer? I've tried on both windows vista and Windows 10 systems

I have no problems getting into EES from home. I use Windows 7 Home Professional. I have a CAC reader and the required middleware. However, I have to use MS Internet Explorer to access CAC-enabled gov't sites. A very few will work with Chrome, but it's hit or miss.

I've been working this issue for days now before I posted the question. I finally got into EES. The problem seems to come from getting all of the DOD certificates to download correctly on the computer. I had to redo this time after time until it finally worked. I've got it running on the Windows 10 system but haven't tried to fix it yet on my windows vista computer.

I've heard of many issues with this. Apparently there is a workaround but I haven't seen it yet
