What are your feelings on this? I personally disagree with the decision as Soldiers may use this as the first option, I normally would sit a Soldier down and discuss the situation and see if we can find a resolution. I agree that the AER program is a great system as it assists Soldiers in the time of need, but as a leader I would like to know before a Soldier goes and applies for the loan.<div><br></div><div><br></div>
