For a poll to be valid, it has to specify who was being polled. Those numbers by themselves are meaningless.

In this scientific poll conducted at gayporn.com, 54 people were sampled including five registered Independents, and two registered Republicans.

Instead of the vocal individuals bitching and complaining, give the guy a chance..could it be worse than BHO or Hildabeast; I don't think so. The poll, as said in previous posts, is a load of shit..

Totally agree with you on this one, it's too one sided looking.

The poll that mattered was held on November 8. On January 20 he'll be CINC. Military personnel don't need a poll to know how to say "Yes Sir" and carry on, just as with our current and previous CINCs.

It is only interesting in that only weeks after an election where polling organizations were roundly embarrassed by the inaccuracies of their "scientific" polls, we are looking at another and ascribing any potential value to it. The polling organizations have been revealed to us as either being very unreliable and in some cases, biased.

If we have learned anything in the last 2 months it is that pollsters are either incompetent or tainted in their judgement. Like everything else news related I have to verify before I can accept. So basically I have to do their job in order to insure that I am getting factual information.

I actually checked on Pew Research. They are a non-partisan fact tank. I read the methodology and it is sound. They take gender, area of the nation, and type of phone used into consideration. The only thing I had any concern with is they asked for the "youngest person in the household (50/50 male/female)over the age of 18" to to take the survey. Liberals tend to be the younger than conservatives (When daddy and mommy are paying the bills they can be all about black dolphins matter, but when they have to decide do I buy tires or eat, then they tend to realize the error of their hippy ways). So it may lead just a bit more left, but over all it was a sound poll.

So they called a list of top democratic voters and surveyed them in a poll... Then were "astonished " at the harsh results obtained.

LOL
Per Research could create and get results with 83.76% of the respondents saying the moon was made of cheese and we never really landed men on the moon...its all in the questions, how and when asked, and who asked.

Pollsters decide on the answer they want, then create the poll, and keep doing independent surveys until they get the results they were contracted for.
