I advise you to use the CASCOM One Stop. It is a clearing house for SOPs from the field and doctrine.

Soldiers Manual Skill Level 3 Section 3-160 is a good place to start.

Not sound like an asshole but there should be a place on most installations that would have a TM/FM or whatever it's called on that. Even the soldier handbook is a good start. Live the by the acronym KISS. Some guys create some craziness that creates more chaos than it does controlling it.
