I'm in the process of creating a log leaders book. Does anyone have any templates or quick reference sheets they can share?

To begin with start with:
1) Platoon/section Roster with individual stats (PR, BRM, MEDPROS, etc...).
2) Section’s maintenance status.... and who’s assigned to each piece of equipment.
3) Unit training schedule
4) Unit METL and it’s current assessment. Although the lowest level for METLE is at the Company leve I would simulate it and adjust it to the platoon/section as well.
4) quick reference to the most used publications... ARs, FMs, TC, etc...
I would keep alll of the aforementioned in a binder but will keep an updated electronic version as well. MS OneNote is a good tool as well as Wunderlist.

Roger, any charts or calculations you find yourself having to refer to often when planning such as weight limitations, capabilities, Petro/water distro that would be beneficial to have as a quick reference?

MAJ Javier Rivera
There is an OPLOG planner that you could get thru the CASCOM portal back in my QM days. very good for planning purposes.

This is off tangent but did you get a chance to look at the German's logistics in WW2?
