I am currently an active duty Marine EAS'ing June 5 going to the Army 92y AIT June 8. What are some things I should expect going over?

Expect your records and time in service calculations to be messed up. Probably your time for pay as well.

YES! Expect your ERB to be blank. Have copies of everything so you can be administratively rebuilt in the system.

MAJ (Join to see) the MEPS has a habit of just making your BASD/PEBD your date of reentry

You’ll need to send a request to HRC through S1 to recognize your awards and decorations from the USMC. Google HRC sister service awards.

Thank you for all of your responses, I will certainly make sure I have all of my records.

You will likely have some culture shock. Much of the army lacks the discipline and bearing of the Corps, and you can probably outshoot your entire AIT class.
As a 92Y you will be either loved - if you take your job seriously, learn the processes and loopholes to get the Soldiers the supplies and equipment they need, or you will be hated - if you do the bare minimum and just hand out TP and whine about hand receipts.
A good 92Y is a godsend and worth its weight in gold, a mediocre one is next to useless.
If you like the job and want to try for a special assignment right off the bat, fill out the application for the 160th SOAR to be a 92Y for them while in AIT.

and you don't have to say full ranks - just Sergeant for E5-E8 (unless they're a First Sergeant).
