GT score is not a factor for most mechanical jobs. What is important is that your MOS is balanced and so is the one you want. You're not eligible for a voluntary Reclass unless the MOS you request is under strength.
When you roll into your reenlistment window you can request the MOS but HRC may deny it based on the strengths. 15Y is understrength and likely to get approved.

If you go to the goarmy.com website and look at the MOS pre-qualifications, you will find your answer.

To pile on, go talk to your retention NCO. They can look at the requirements and your current scores/qualifications and let you know if you are in the ball park.
