I think that most RP accounts are fairly inactive. Most people probably create an account to look at a topic they find interesting (as advertised on Army Times or Facebook). However, they very rarely post, vote, or comment. If you participate on RP, you will definitely be a top 1% user.

Very true, it doesn't take much to rise up. Especially in certain groups. I was the top Active Duty E3 for a little while here and I am still in the top 10 for Active Duty E4s despite the fact that my activity has slowed down on this site.

Suspended Profile
For the most part, it seems like if you fill out your profile you already make the top 5%.

A small group of us is just more active than the others. I'm sure if more SM's used their accounts we would see a huge difference
