Can you in your 30 seconds "elevator pitch", sell who you are to the right person, that decision makers, that key person that is sitting in front of you to say "I'm the best candidate for this job and this is why.

SSG Ricardo Marcial I used the STAR technique in the U.S. DOL Employment Workshop book, it help tremendously.

Mine is miserable...

I hate bragging about myself and thus do a terrible job of it. I know it's something I eventually need to work on though.
