I am a National Guard soldier looking to earn as many points as possible for promotion. I have completed all 400 hours of online distance learning, what courses count as resident hours and how can I apply for them? Also where are some easy points to pick up aside from pt and rifle marksmanship

At this point, if you have not somehow already completed SSD1, you need to complete DLC1, (more online training).
The one resident course that will help you the most is BLC, that will make you eligible to promote to E5 upon acceptance of offer.
Every single class that your company advertises, you should volunteer for:
EOLC, RTA, ASIST, UECO, etc.
All of those are required for your company, someone has to go to them.
So be that someone.

Attend a resident Course. Does your state have a professional education center?. I know the ARkansas ARNG has one at Camp Robinson that has HQDA approved courses that "count" as resident like the various Captains Career Courses, transition courses etc.
