I can't relate to most people, even when I try they don't understand my sense of humor or they think I'm too intense and trying to integrate into a professional organization has been a disaster because I have a hard time respecting a person as a boss who is actually living up to any kind of principal, so it's been hard to adjust. Am I alone in this?

Try finding connection one person at a time. If your living arrangements allow it, get a dog. Walk it several times a day and talk to people you meet. If you can't get a pet, volunteer at an animal shelter and walk/help socialize their animals.

Creating a deeper relationship in my faith with our Lord and Savior. Personally I believe it’s one of the best ways to find peace in oneself emotionally, physically and mentally. The hardest thing is finding that medium that helps you heal. I’m not sure if anyone is completely healed but we do our best. May you find peace Petty Officer.

No I have maybe three people I deal with at any given time, and two of them are veterans also. I quit working for a company and now work for myself. I got lucky as I get jobs sent to my email, I got fix the issue and submit an invoice through email and get paid direct deposit into my account. This may or may not be odd or the normal for some. But I absolutely can not stand being around people who have no idea. Stupid humans is what what we call them. My ex wife said I had to be aware of how I talk and approach people I am meeting for the first time because I am intimidating at 6ft 3” 265 lbs . And a bit scary . So now that she is gone. I am more or less done with meeting or trying to enter society or fit in! I just do not gaf! I am probably not a good person to answer this question. I guess my advise is just find what works for you! With as little or as much interaction as you can handle and are comfortable with!
