Regardless of your true political beliefs or affiliations, if faced with choosing between Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, who would you choose?

I'm Voting Bernie Sanders! Do you think I would vote for that Benghazi Murderer. She can't control her own household (Bill Clinton's sexual relations), let alone our Nation as the President. Anyone who is voting for Hilary, better wake up and pay attention to the facts.

Tough choice. I would love to see Clinton break that glass ceiling. I like Sander's style and platform. Either one would be better than anyone the GOP has this time around.

If the GOP would run someone who wasn't completely insane, I would consider voting for him/her.

If the Dems had someone with minimal set of ethics or not a Socialist, I might vote for them.

Crazy right? After the first debate I'm truly torn. Sanders says all the things I want to hear. But I'm not sure he'd have a chance because the people would have to have to back to him up 100%. And the people are lazy and fickle. Clinton is like the candy coated version she would be a better politician and better at getting the support of those who may not nessisarily agree with her point of view. But in a perfect world Sanders would get the nomination. We need his policies the most.

SGT Josh Ingram, Just taking the question on face value, Bernie Sanders, of course. Loyalty “Bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S. constitution, the Army, and other soldiers.” Duty “Fulfill your obligations.” Respect “Treat people as they should be treated.” Selfless Service “Put the welfare of the nation, the Army and your subordinates above your own.” Honor “Live up to the army values.” Integrity “Do what’s right legally and morally.” and Personal Courage “Face fear, danger or adversity (physical or moral).” Which of these values does she embody as it applies to the government, not the Army, of course?

"Regardless?" I think you mean "If you were voting in a Democratic primary or caucus," but my answer is easy to come to ... regardless ... I am going to vote for Bernie Sanders.

You are corrected, Sir. My intent was to ask even those who might be voting in the Republican primary who they felt was the better candidate for the Democratic Party.

And although I have concerns about how deep budget cuts to defense spending may go under a Sanders administration, I will be voting for Bernie, both in the primary, and hopefully, the general election.

SFC (Join to see) - You and your friends better vote like Chicagoans, more than once and all the deceased they can find. Not gonna work. When the time comes, Hillary will clean his clock. You lefties should be voting for Biden, as a write-in or actual candidate, if he can keep the dates straight. He also would win over the other two flawed candidates this thread is referring to.

I wouldn't even consider voting for Biden, and I don't think I have to worry about him winning the primary, even though things could change.

SFC (Join to see) Senator Sanders would have my vote based on ethics or the lack thereof from Hilliary.
That said, you can look throughout history and see countless instances of socialist policies destroying one country after another when they run out of other people's money. Socialism is built on a false premise that the economy is static and one person's gain takes away from another.
When you punish a producer enough they will finally figure out they can go somewhere else.
Even when socialism takes over the government of the country, capitalism dominates the black/grey market economy until the socialist government collapses under it's own incompetence.

What are your examples of socialist policies destroying a country? I agree that economics is not a zero-sum game (game theory, worth looking into if you're interested in economics) but ... no, I think that elements of capitalism (encouraging individual investment and corporate collectivism) without checks and balances results in class stratification ... someone always wins in monopoly, the end of the game isn't when everyone is happy, only when everyone except one player is in ruin.

CPT Jason Mitchell, MBA
LTC John G Shaw MBA, JD and CPT Ray Doeksen...both really good arguments. Thanks for contributing in a meaningful manner. There's some Captain on here posting "Hillary" on everyone's comments. Really immature of him/her wouldn't you say?

Sanders. So far he's the only candidate I've seen on the entire platform who's even given voice to Veterans support initiatives.
