I began my military career as an enlisted Fire Supporter a few weeks after 9/11/2001, then commissioned through the Kentucky ROTC five years later. Served on Active Duty for 6+ years and left service in July 2012. Started my own company in early 2018.

Battery Commander
Managed a team of outstanding individuals within a Battery setting at Fort Polk, LA. My two 1SGs were truly the backbone of our company level unit and I couldn't have succeeded without them. The Bravo Bulldogs performed exceptionally well during our deployment to Afghanistan in 2010-2011 and I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to lead these men through the fray and back home again.

Assistant Operations Officer (S3)
Assisted the Operations Officer with daily planning both current and future based. Also, helped lead the Operations Cell team while simultaneously learning Battery level operations in anticipation of taking command of a unit within the battalion. Wrote operations orders, coordinated with unit level commanders, and prepared weekly meetings while maintaining the unit calendar and training plans.

Student at FACCC
Trained at the next level of leadership and all things Artillery planning related. Classroom setting and peers made this one of my best Army experiences.

Battalion Fire Direction Officer
Prepared and certified each Battery FDC in preparation for deployment to Afghanistan. Maintained this role while balancing other roles during the deployment.

Activated in support of Operation Noble Eagle and spent a year at Fort Campbell, KY as a security force asset during the beginning of Iraq conflict/liberation (OIF).
