SPC Carl K. Yes... Excellent Movie. But, also hard to watch, for a variety of reasons. We show it to our Freshman Cadets in JROTC at the end of the year. Very good movie, for many reasons too, for HS students.

I really enjoyed it too, Sir. I hadn't been back from Afghanistan long when I saw it. Was TDY and kind of laid up in a hotel room. I recall the movie was kinda tough for me with a couple scenes with family, but in a way I think it was good for me at the time and place. I loved it. I have had that knock on the door late at night.. You never quite understand what it takes for the people involved to bring back a fallen family member. It was comforting to see the honors rendered and know that was done for a family member.
