Does the PPW system being down have something to with ERB? Not sure if this was already asked or not.

When I open my ERB, there is no promotion point information showing. Not even previous points. I know my PT and Weapons are current and I'm not flagged for anything.<div><br></div><div>When I tried to log on to the PPW website, it says it's down.</div><div><br></div><div>Please tell me these two systems are cause and effect.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
