Does anyone know whether one can volunteer as an instructor in a regular ROTC program, not solely JROTC?

I'd mentioned on here I was trying to get help to volunteer to tutor STEM material for various groups, CAP, Naval Sea Cadets, JROTC, etc. I'd just wondered if anyone here might know whether volunteering as an adjunct instructor in any regular ROTC programs, regardless of service, had ever been known to be allowed, many thanks.

I can't speak for the Air Force, but I am trying to get an instructor or APMS job once I leave command. I was told by both my branch and PMSs from various schools that they have no direct influence over the process, and would need to wait and see what slots were allocated to my branch during my PCS cycle.
