Does anyone know of a transition program such as Green to Gold that compliments Active to Reserve transitions?

When you enroll in Army ROTC, you'll get more than college degree and scholarships. Gain leadership skills you can apply to your career and as an Officer.
Don't take a break in service. In the same fiscal year you get out of active duty get into a reserve unit that has your current MOS or future MOS you'd like to transition to that the commander would accept under a will train status.
As a Civil Affairs Soldier I'm sure you'll have some excellent opportunities you just need to know where to look!
Guaranteed Reserve Forces Duty Scholarship | Army ROTC

I've looked into that but upon completion of OCS, one must serve 3 years on Active Duty. I, respectfully, am not about that life. I have a decent civilian job lined up but I want to continue to serve and have my civilian job with the Reserves.

The reserve OCS Option maybe different than the Guard I just dont see why there would be a 3 year active duty commitment for a reserve option.
