Please do me a favor, once you complete school, please make sure you are legit with the people wanting to join. If they get a enlistment bonus, let them know. I've seen so many people get screwed out of those when they weren't even told.

That's not on the recruiter. That is MEPS and their gaining unit. Team leader should check the contracts and the soldier should go to S-1 to process the paperwork. A good leave and finance clerk can catch all of that as soon as they are gained.
