Do soldiers in USAR/USANG get full FLPB pay or is it a partial payment?

Normally traditional MDAY soldiers do not get a full month of pay for anything unless on orders for such. It would depend on the slot you are in. Is the language a requirement for the duty position? If not I would not expect it. As rule of thumb, if their is a way to cut costs in the AR/NG you will be the one who ends up with the short check. It is worse if you are single and getting Type II BAH. That by far is the worst pay in the military. A joke by any other name.

It'a prorated. Not the full amount an Active soldier would get.
