Do Officers in the Army wear Service Stripes on their uniform?

No, they do not. Officers will wear over seas service bars, but not Service Stripes as the Enlisted do.

670-1 states: Enlisted personnel wear the service stripes as members of the AA, ARNG, and USAR, when they have served honorably, as indicated below.

After a drawdown, a lot. I had several NCOs that retired as officers, to include my first BN SGM who retired a Colonel.
