Good for them, I'm always glad to see the civilian world recognize our veterans.

SFC Everett Oliver as matter of fact the creator of the Disney is a Veteran himself. It's good to see that they allows non-retired vets to have the privilege.

Yes it is a great resort me and my wife have stayed there and it is a great program in September and January

Only if it's applied to all foreign lobbyists. Between IAPAC and AIPAC, Congress would be empty.

It's a nice resort, and exclusively military and retirees. We had my daughter's wedding there two years ago.

If only they had the dining plan...

Sir do you recommend Shades of Green or the Military Discount on the Disney resorts and passes?

For us, the military discount and dining plan works the best; we stay at Pop Century and do Disney World exclusively. If you're looking for Disney and Universal (or golf; the course literally next door), Shades is a good choice. Shades has its own bus service, but the monorail stop at Polynesian is within walking distance.
