It's a nice resort, and exclusively military and retirees. We had my daughter's wedding there two years ago.

For us, the military discount and dining plan works the best; we stay at Pop Century and do Disney World exclusively. If you're looking for Disney and Universal (or golf; the course literally next door), Shades is a good choice. Shades has its own bus service, but the monorail stop at Polynesian is within walking distance.
