China executes a teacher who was found guilty of child molestation, is this too harsh or should the U.S. considered doing the same?

He raped and molested 36 kids, some as young as 4 years old - I believe he earned the death sentence, and wish our due process worked as quickly! Kill that monster!

I don't know if we should consider executing everyone found guilty of child molestation, but this one is beyond the pale and this dirtbag deserves a bullet if anyone ever did. This turd is about as rotten as any story I've ever heard.

I think ANY child Molester deserves to be put away FOREVER. If China finds that it is more economical to execute them, maybe, we should do the same with a great deal more of our career criminals and save the money for something that will benefit everyone.

I am all for that. It would help free up a lot of our prisons. There is no reason for harming children what so ever.

While I certainly think that child molesters deserve maximum punishment, the death penalty seems pretty extreme, except in situations such as this one with so many victims. Imprisonment without chance of parole will many times result in a death penalty, as child molesters are considered pariahs, even by the prison population, and many are murdered in prison.

My fear (and, no, I am not exaggerating) is that, as our country gets more and more liberal and more concerned with individual rights, regardless of the consequences to others, coupled with the mindset that an individual can't help his/her "sexual feelings", pedophilia and other such things may be touted as "normal", just as being gay and transgender is espoused to be normal and not a "choice" made by the individual. One need only study history to see the path we are on as a society and the path our nation is on.

I know there are many nay-sayers out there about this, but there were just as many or more, not that long ago, who said the same thing about gay marriage, gays serving in the military, abortion on demand, etc... People need to open their eyes and see where our country and society are heading. The majority needs to take a stand and stop the idiocy being forced upon us by a small, but vocal, minority who have, unfortunately enlisted the liberal left to its immoral cause.

I don't agree with many things countries, such as China, do, but I have a hard time disagreeing with this one. This criminal deserved to die for his crime.

I would not use China as an example. But anyone who is guilty of molesting a child/ Pedifile should be castrated.
