Hello, I was wondering if there are any CBRN senior leaders or any senior leader that would be willing to take a look at my ERB and give me progression pointers. It's no big rush. I still have 2 years before my first look at SFC. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am not a CBRN Soldier but you can learn a lot of things from other branches. When you look at a senior NCO board you toss branches out of the window and look at that person as an NCO and their ability to perform and succeed. I wouldn't have any issues looking at your ERB for pointers.

Are you currently enrolled in Army Career Tracker (ACT)? That is a great website to allow you to see where you are currently and where you need to go.

SGT (Join to see)
SGM (Join to see), what other opportunities are there for working outside my MOS, excluding Drill and Recruiter?

There are tons of opportunities -
Working in your S3
IG
EO
SARC
Those are just a few but there are always units looking for squared away NCOs. Our S3 has a medic slot in it and they are the assistant S3 NCO. We had an 88M in there and currently have a 13F in there now.
All you want to do is show the Army that you can do various jobs and be successful at them even if they are outside your MOS.

Thanks for the info, SGM (Join to see). I may have to wait until I get a PSG or move to another unit before I can do any of those things, though.

I see that the original poster has been assisted already, but I too am always available to look over ERBs. Never hurts to have multiple people from different areas/backgrounds look at them.
