I started out as a Mechanized Infantryman (11M) then reclassed to Aircraft Structural Repairer (68G/15G). Performed every duty the Army has asked of me from Team Leader to SGM. I believe that the trick to being an outstanding Leader is investing in your Soldiers. Knowing and investing in your Soldiers while focusing on leadership, mission, and being unique is the key to having a tight-knit team.
