Can the last page of your Orders be amended for your family to move to a different location while you are on a unaccompanied tour to Korea

You need to go see your assignments/orders section. It can be done but you have to get with them ASAP. The longer you wait the harder it gets. Do you have a follow on assignment once you complete your Korea tour?

Not sure if you resolved this, but engage your S1 ASAP! You will need to do a DA 4187 requesting amendment to your orders and will need an O-6 signature on the DA 4187-R.

Each installation MPD will have their own way of how they want the 4187 to look. I have an example for Fort Hood.
