Sleeves
WASHINGTON, DC – In a stunning reversal, the Army will roll up its sleeves after all. This follows a recent decision from the Marine Corps' leadership to end its three-year ban on rolling up their sleeves.

Representatives from various garrison activities and the Human Resources Command tried in vain to keep the sleeves down, citing the shear inconvenience with losing their 'pen holders'. According a dissenting member, "Where will I store my pens? It's not like I can walk around with a pen in my hand; it'll disrupt my saluting responsibilities."

Rolled Sleeves in the Army

Word has recently come out that the Army is authorizing the rolling of the ACU sleeve now, with certain exceptions. What are the thoughts of the rolled sleeve in the ACU? Furthermore, what are the thoughts exempting those with sleeve or below the elbow tattoos that have already been grandfathered in, being restricted from being able to roll their sleeves?
