You have to write it like a retirement award as they are trying to see what the person's contribution to the QM Corps has been. For NCOs and JOs, that contribution is largely exemplary performance of duty, reflecting positively on the QM Corps. Stats will help. Here is the secret, the O6/GO who is the senior QM that signs this is going to be what the QM Association board is going to look at. So selling this thing is going to be selling it to the O6.

All previous award bullets are on the table. All previous NCOER/OER bullets are on the table. You need to highlight their proficiency as a QM soldier, leveraging their QM skills to support the mission and save he day.

SSG Brandon Mayo – Staff Sgt. Jonathan R.
